SlíStay supports unlimited languages. Business owners can configure which languages are available at their property. Each route can have language-specific content, images, and translations. Guests select their preferred language when they start the check-in process, and the entire interface adapts to their choice.
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) setup typically takes 15-30 minutes. You'll need to install the SlíStay kiosk app on your Android tablet, configure it with your business account, and enable kiosk mode. Our setup guide walks you through each step, and our support team is available to help if needed.
We offer two plans: Basic at $29/month for 1 kiosk, and Pro at $99/month for unlimited kiosks with advanced features. Both plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Annual billing saves you 15-20% depending on your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Pro plan customers receive priority support with response times under 4 hours during business hours. Basic plan customers receive email support with responses within 24 hours. All customers have access to our knowledge base and setup guides. For urgent issues, we offer phone support for Pro customers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. We don't require long-term contracts, and there are no cancellation fees. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days.
No! SlíStay works with any Android tablet running Android 7.0 or higher. You can use your existing tablets or purchase affordable Android tablets. We recommend tablets with at least 2GB RAM and a 10-inch screen for the best guest experience. No specialized kiosk hardware is required.
Yes! Our drag-and-drop portal allows you to create custom routes with your own questions, images, and content. You can add multiple steps, conditional logic, and language-specific variations. Changes take effect immediately across all your kiosks.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We're GDPR compliant and follow best practices for data security. Guest information is stored securely and only accessible to authorized users from your organization. We never share your data with third parties.
Yes! Pro plan customers have access to our API and can integrate with Property Management Systems. We support RESTful APIs and webhooks for real-time data synchronization. If you need help with integration, our team can assist with setup.
SlíStay kiosks can operate offline for basic check-in functionality. Guest data is stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored. Critical information like room availability may require internet connection, but the kiosk will gracefully handle offline scenarios.
